Under Shireen’s leadership, CEP has grown to have operations in Canada, UAE, Iraq, Libya,and Jordan. Shireen leads technical teams of national and international experts in spatial,strategic planning, and infrastructure development for urban and rural communities. Shireen is also co-founder and CEO of Shelleh Medical and Pharmaceutical Supplies.And although company recently established in 2017 that’s also based in Palestine, yet has already become the sole regional supplier of world renowned health products and medical supplies. Shireen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Birzeit University in Palestine, and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA. Shireen has been selected by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader of the Year 2016 (YGL). She is a board member of the Palestinian Business Women Forum (BWF), and a member of several other social and technical organizations.

I am very interested in debate, I started as a debater in 2016 with Young Arab Voices program. My interest later evolved as I became an international debate trainer and judge. He also worked on exporting Palestinian agriculture products through opening two distribution hubs in the U.S. and Europe. Ghassan also managed several donor programs, worth more than $80M, many in agriculture, resulting in more than US$ 100 million of new exports, and the creation of 1,400 full time jobs.

Ola Anabtawi is a Palestinian nutritionist. She holds a PhD in nutritional sciences with a focus on public health. She has significant experience in conducting primary research and possesses advanced data analysis skills, using traditional and novel quantitative and qualitative methods. The exploration of nutritional diseases with the lens of public health has always been an interest. This led her PhD work to focus on the effectiveness and appropriateness of childhood obesity policies and interventions in the UK. She is currently the head of the Department of Nutrition and Food Technology at An-Najah National University in Palestine and teaches several courses giving her a broad knowledge base in nutrition with an in-depth command of clinical nutrition.

I am a Journalist, graduated in 2014 from An-Najah University. During my study in university, I have trained more than 1000 young students in several courses and workshops about life skills, journalism, and public relationships. I am an active volunteer in scouting since 2009, working with scouts groups and the media representative for Nablus commission in the Palestinian Scouts Association. I have trained in Al Manhal office for Press and media in Nablus which tracking to AlQuds newspaper. I've worked as a volunteer ,coordinator ,and a trainer in Tawasal initiative/ Palestine . In addition to participating in the strategic planning for Twasal cultural association in Jordan in 2016. I have also worked as a trainer and a coordinator for Palestinian Vision association the name project "motivation" in Nablus for 10 months, which was implemented by Palestinian Vision association In partnership with the Ministry of Education and UNICEF . And during this project I've trained in three camps that Included more than 300 groups and trained 550 studants in 375 hours contains diffrent aspects : life skills ,coaching , vocational guidance , mechanism of problems solving ,making decisions , planning for community initiatives . I coordinated seven Sessions for Community accountability , and 10 sessions for parents , I also planned and made 20 projects in schools and two a pioneering initiative
