Dr Mark Amo-Boateng is the Founder and CEO of Enyinam Tech that focuses on developing the world’s first digital turbine for low-income communities using Energize the BoP framework. Enyinam Tech was among the 10 African hardware startups selected as finalist for Hardware Africa in 2015 by Village Capital. Also Enyinam Tech was placed 3rd place finalist at a Regional SeedStars world event in Accra. Aside his entrepreneurial spirit, he is a Lecturer, Department of Energy and Environmental Engineering at the University of Energy and Natural Resources. In 2010-2014, he was a Teaching and Research Assistant, for Hydrological Modeling and Flood Forecasting – College of Hydrology and Natural Resources at Hohai University, China. He also became a Project Assistant and Assistant to Country Co-ordinator, WASHCost, Accra, Ghana. Moreover, Dr Amo-Boateng has held positions as Energy Consultant for Giz, Mei, iSpace; Water Data Quality Consultant, FAO – NRL Division, Federated Water Monitoring System (FWMS) and Key Water Indicator Portal (KWIP) Project, Rome, Italy; Database Consultant, Optimization and Development of Database of African Dissertations (DATAD). Awards received include: Recipient of the NVIDIA Academic Hardware Donation Program (received 1 Tesla K20c GPU for academic research(2012); 2nd Best International Student Award, Hohai University, Nanjing (2011); UNESCO Mondialogo Engineering Award, Mumbai, India(2007); Most Innovative Student Award, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana (2006); IEEE – Computer Society International Student Competition (Semi-Finalist), Washington, USA(2005). In 2015, he co-founded Solve-Hub, which was selected as part of the startup finalist for NVIDIA Startup ecosystem and was invited to exhibit at GPU Technology Conference in Silicon Valley, USA. He's the Director at the GhanaThink Foundation which mobilizes and organizes talent for the primary benefit of Ghana. He's a member of the Global Shapers Accra Hub, part of the World Economic Forum community. He has consulted for various organizations, including the World Bank. He worked at Rancard as product manager building new revenue services off its platform. He worked at Google as a program manager building sustainable tech communities in Africa. He speaks and has spoken at various international forums, including the World Bank Diaspora Trade Forum, African Business Conference at Harvard, and the World Economic Forum on Africa in Cape Town. Grace Sheila Bennett is an entrepreneur, a philanthropist, with a proven leadership for the past 25(twenty-five) years as CEO of GSB group of Companies which includes; Solomon Bennett Memorial School, Kiddies Paradise Pre-School, Sheila’s Executive Hotel, and Sheila’s Guest House. She manages more than 350 employees in her companies. Through her leadership, the Solomon Bennett Memorial school has chalked its name within the Sunyani Municipality as the best school in terms of academic performance for its Basic Education Certification Examination(BECE) candidates. Aside, the school was awarded the best Taekwando School in the region. Kiddies Paradies Pre-School as one of its cluster company too has also adopted a Child Welfare Clinic at Sunyani Municipal Hospital. This is aim to contribute her quota to quality health care for children since she sees children as angels and blessings from God. Moreover, her Executive Hotel also emerged as one of the Best Hotels in the Region for 2015. She has also contributed to society as a philanthropist by her donations offer annual ly for Yawhima Children’s Home and Home of Orphans-Atronie. Robert is an efficient and accomplished business leader with a proven track record in strategic and commercial leadership spanning over 12 years he leverages both his natural authenticity and strong diverse experience across a set of functional areas (strategy, sales & marketing, finance, human resources, supply chain, consulting) to create impetus in organisations and teams. As the General Manager (formerly doubling as Head of Finance) of Eusbett Hotel, he has led the transformation of the formerly 16 guestrooms 2-Star facility into a current 140 guestroom 3-Star national and international award winning facility. Within three years of assuming office (2004-2006), Robert led Eusbett Hotel to win the prestigious CIMG Hospitality Facility of the Year (national) for 2006. This is aside eight other national awards and one international award he has led his team to win during his period of stewardship at Eusbett Hotel. As the Project Lead, Robert has lead Eusbett Hotel to establish Ghana’s second and most modern international conference centre (the Eusbett Hotel International Conference Centre – EICC). The EICC with a total capacity of 3,500 delegates is the largest conference centre in any hotel in Ghana and has added facilities such as 5 meeting rooms (with capacities from 20 to 2,000 delegates), a cinema, a restaurant, a gym (the largest and best equipped in any hotel in Ghana), a spa, a tennis court and lounge/pub. The project worth over $10 million is currently on a soft-open and scheduled to be officially commissioned in January 2017. He has also provided the leadership and direction for new ventures into telecommunications (Eusbett Telecoms, an authorized distributor for Glomobile Ghana Ltd), petroleum (EusbettGoil, the leading fuel service in the Brong Ahafo region and national Best Dealer Award Winner) and farms (Eusbett Farms).

He has a key interest in system and designing thinking coupling with appropriate technology. He specializes in accelerating the 4th industrial age technologies like Internet of Things, Drones, Augmented/Virtual reality etc in solving crucial challenges in Africa through Human capacity building. George is driven by his passion for development and empowerment of youth. He is the Co-founder/CEO of Kumasi Hive; is a multi-space innovation place for rapid prototyping of ideas, budding local innovations, impact start-up support and promoting youth entrepreneurship as a way of addressing critical social economic and developmental challenges. It provides affordable spaces including co-working spaces, Makerspace, Training space and event space to support start-ups and the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Kumasi. Jorge is also the Founder/Executive Director of Creativity Group (Cg), an interdisciplinary community of student innovators, makers, entrepreneurs and changemakers who are using innovation and technology as a tool, to solve problems in our communities and in Ghana for social interventions and sustainable development. Moreover he is driven by his passion for development and empowerment of youth. He believes in creating platforms to help promote local innovations which tackle critical challenges in our communities and also support youth entrepreneurship. Mrs. Salome Addai is currently the Business Development Executive of ACCA Ghana, a seasoned business developer. She has over fifteen (15) years’ experience in the area of business development, corporate relationship management, customer service, brand and events management, project management and training for clients in the public sector. She has also worked in various capacities with several other blue chip companies in different sectors including Research International, Ghana Commercial Bank Ltd., Mechanical Lloyd Company Ltd. and Sahel Sahara Bank (GH) Ltd. Working with these organizations has enabled her develop several invaluable skills and attitudes such as being results oriented with excellent influencing, negotiation and communication skills as well as excellent customer service skills. Achievements she has chalked over the years include; In 2015, Mrs. Addai was awarded the Learning Champion to represent ACCA Sub-Saharan Africa in the United Kingdom; this recognition was from ACCA UK. It is a role she occupies presently. She is the brain behind the customer satisfaction survey in ACCA Ghana which helped the organization in diverse ways. She was part of a team who planned and coordinated the first ever ACCA Health Conference in Africa, only to mention a few. Mrs. Addai is also a career and motivational speaker, using her experiences, skills and achievements to positively influence young individuals and would-be professionals on various platforms facilitating career information sessions on constructing your own brand, entrepreneurship, career choices and your future, Salome is passionate about creating value for every individual through learning. She has supported over 300 hundred students to register to become ACCA Members and some are gainfully employed in banks and other big organizations. She holds the view that young people should carefully consider the myriad of career options available to them before making their career choices.

Paschal Assan Edwards is a youth activist with over 20years work experience as Municipal Coordinator and Regional Coordinator. He graduated with Msc. Local Economic Development from the institute of Local Government Studies, (ILGS) and also a BA in Geography from the University of Cape Coast. His experience in Leadership and management made him to facilitate several seminars, workshops and other youth progammes. He has aslo served on voluntary basis as Director of Programmes of a locally based NGO’s –Rural Youth Services.

Kumi Adu Tutu Amankwah is an iconic entrepreneur, strategic planner and business consultant. He studied at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and Northampton Business School (UK) graduating with B.A Publishing Studies (Printing) and Master of Business Administration respectively. His entrepreneurial skills and hard work led to the establishment of Excelprint Ltd which is now a brand name in Printing in the Brong Ahafo Region. With nine years of Printing Excellence, the company has a branch in Kumasi. Excelprint has played a key role in developing the Graphic Arts industry by offering internship to students from KNUST, Takoradi Polytechnic, University College of Education Winneba and Don Bosco Vocational and Technical institute. He has instilled the art of discipline and hard work in a number of students he trained, some of whom also entrepreneurs in the Northern Region and others in the Banking industry as well as a lecturer at the Department of Publishing studies. Working with Profile Security Services in UK as customer service/Relationship manager, a position he held until his resignation and subsequent return to Ghana. While in UK, and as part of his duties with Profile Security, he worked with TESCO, Cadbury, Tripple Eight, Scamia (UK) ltd, Spectrum for Arcadia, Matalan, etc. Steven Eagle Toyota etc. He was the guest speaker two years ago at the graduation ceremony of students from Don Bosco Technical Institute and Spoke on “How to become a successful entrepreneur after School”. With less than a decade of being on his own, he has started a diversification of the business into real estate and hospitality which would soon become operational. He has also been a Resource person for Technoserve, to educate business men and women around the Ahafo Area, serving the Newmont Catchment areas on the essence of advertising as a marketing tool. He specializes in coaching young entrepreneurs.
