He is an adviser to IvyCap Ventures , (www.ivycapventures.com ), focused on supporting entrepreneurs from premier institutions of India. Balawant Joshi. Managing Director at Idam Infrastructure Advisory Private Limited. An enterprising human being and very active in his endeavours. He is a man of many talents: Design, development and implementation of policies and regulations in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency. He was previously involved in the design, development and implementation of ‘Renewable Energy Certificate Mechanism’ and ‘Perform, Achieve and Trade’ mechanism, a market-based mechanism for promotion of industrial energy efficiency. Recently, he has been a part of the development of innovative policy and regulatory initiative for rural micro-grids and development of institutional structure and regulatory framework for Demand Side Management for utility sector in India. Joshi has also assisted the Government of India in design of Phase II of Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission. He is the Founder and Secretary of the ”Indian Renewable Energy Federation“ and a Member of the governing council “Indian Wind Energy Association”.

Mr. Chandra Shekhar Ghosh - Founder and MD, Bandhan Bank Ghosh started his first venture named Bandhan Konnagar an NGO in November 2001 with a capital of INR 200000 ($3200) and three employees at Kolkata, West Bengal. The NGO provided finance to small and marginal women entrepreneur in areas not assisted by Banks. In 2009 Ghosh registered Bandhan as a NBFC (Non Banking Finance Company) with Reserve Bank of India. In 2014 Reserve bank of India granted an approval for banking license to Bandhan. Chandra Sekhar Ghosh was chosen as the Forbes Entrepreneur with Social Impact in 2014 and also won ET Entrepreneur of the Year 2014. Currently he also serves as the President of Bengal Chamber of Commerce.

Rabin Roy - Founder and MD,Suncraft Energy Mr Rabin Ray has more than 12 years of experience in power and renewable energy sectors; operational experience in project finance, business development and project management. Prior to founding this organization he has worked with Indian subsidiary of British Energy Service company, Eaga PLC in sustainability domain. He has worked in CFTT (Carbon Finance and Technology Transfer) team in Emergent Ventures International Pvt Ltd, another consulting firm in sustainability economics. Rabin Ray started Suncraft Energy in 2011. Jayabrata Mukherjee - Managing Director, G P Green Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd.(GPE). GPE entered into the arena of renewable energy in 1987 .The first industrial sized biomass gasification system based on the basic technology package acquired from Power Gas Corporation ,UK was developed by the Company under the leadership of Mr. Mukherjee. He successfully implemented more than one hundred projects in India and abroad involving various innovative applications of producer gas including co-generation, both for captive use in the industries as well as stand-alone, decentralized mini power plants for rural electrification, where transmission of power through grid is very expensive and electrical load growth is minimal. He was instrumental in executing the equity partnership of GPE with Gussing Renewable Energy GmbH , Austria and acquiring from them the world class state-of- the-art FICFB gasification technology capable of converting municipal solid waste to valuable energy. Mr. Mukherjee has wide experience of over 33 years in the field of finance, marketing, operations, strategic planning as well as execution of Waste-to- Energy projects. He is also attached with several technical and social organizations.

Subhrangshu Sanyal is a passionate Start-up Evangelist and currently the CEO of IIM Calcutta Innovation Park. He is working on creating a comprehensive ecosystem that would promote entrepreneurship and nurture innovation and has deep interest in the Social Entrepreneurship space. He has rich experience in process and systems consulting in the banking and financial services domain. He worked with leading companies in multiple geographies and was involved in end to end implementation of several large strategic projects for global organizations. He also had a stint with a technology startup. He is a Mechanical Engineer from Jadavpur University and an alumnus of IIM Calcutta. He did his PhD from National Law University, Jodhpur and holds several professional certifications like PMP, CAMS,Six Sigma Black Belt.
