Opeyemi founded Jobberman in 2009 as a co-founder. Jobberman is a job search tool which provides employers a large talent pool in Nigeria and Ghana. The site has helped close 50,000 Nigerians find employment and counting. Both multinational and local companies post their career opportunities on the site. Jobberman made the coveted Africa’s Top 20 Tech Startups list in 2012 in Forbes Magazine and it also listed all three founders as some of the Best Young Entrepreneurs in Africa. Opeyemi Awoyemi is also a Principal at FastForward Student Innovation Fund and partner of VentureKinetics.

Folawe Omikunle Folawe is the Chief Executive Officer of Teach For Nigeria. Prior to leading Teach For Nigeria, Folawe worked as a School administrator at Imperial Springs School. She served as the first Executive Secretary of the Association of Private Educators in Nigeria (APEN). Folawe Omikunle graduated from Babcock University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Law and Diplomacy. Upon completion of her Master’s degree at the Diplomatic Academy of London, University of Westminster, she returned to Nigeria and took up an appointment as a School Administrator in a Montessori Pre-school in Lagos, Nigeria. She's the Executive General Secretary Association of Private Educators in Nigeria. During her tenure at the APEN, Folawe continued to develop her Leadership skills through her participation in Leading Change Through Education Systems at Harvard Graduate School of Education. Folawe was named among the 100 most influential young Nigerians in 2017, an honor that recognizes her experience and commitment to social development. She has dedicated her professional life to tackling the challenges in the education sector in Nigeria.

Mrs. Adenike Ogunlesi is the founder of Ruff ‘n' Tumble, a children's clothing line in Nigeria. From a tiny shop, Mrs. Ogunlesi turned Ruff ‘n' Tumble into an instantly recognizable brand. She has built a reputation for being one of the best manufacturers of children's clothing in Nigeria. She has been a Non-Executive Director of Lafarge Africa Plc since March 11, 2015. She is also a mentor at the Mara foundation and a finalist at the CNBC AABLA (All Africa Business Leaders Awards) in the category of the Business Woman of the year 2014. She is a winner of numerous awards including the City people Awards - Female Achiever in the Children's fashion sector 2001, The Glam Awards 2014 - special honour as a female game changer in the Children's fashion industry, The Nigerian Entrepreneur Awards 2014 - Award for Creativity and Excellence.

oshua Alade is the team lead of NextGen Africa Initiative, a youth focused education organization supports young people ages 8 to 18 with emotional intelligence, leadership capacity development and digital citizenship workshops. At NextGen, he works with volunteers, youth leaders, school heads, community and religious leaders consulting on youth development, youth participation in community development and education. He has a postgraduate diploma in Positive Youth Development from the Centre for Youth Development, Zambia and he is a certified Youth Intervention Practitioner of the Youth Intervention Programs Associate, USA. Joshua is passionate about youth policy, sustainable development and social entrepreneurship. His expertise in youth work makes him a sought after speaker, commentator and writer.
