As the Lead Entrepreneur for Inceptum Services I develop and implement projects across Nigerian campuses which promote student enterprise development. This has enabled me to build first hand knowledge in the field of driving campus based enterprise. In 2012 I led a team to initiate the pilot scheme of the Nigerian Campus Enterprise Challenge which had over 250 student undergraduates compete in various business and enterprise solution tasks with the aim of owning and managing a Nescafe sponsored Coffee Lounge for one year. This project has continued as an experiment and model in developing campus entrepreneurs.I also further apply my skill as a volunteer advisor on several youth-led community based projects.

Lans and creamy has provided services to more than 70 SMEs. Products have been used by First Bank, Stanbic IBTC Bank, Nasco Cornflakes, Airtel,T.Y Danjuma foundation; to name but few.A brand which he successfully exited. In 2016, Olanrewaju received an award from Her Majesty, the Queen of England at Buckingham Palace for his startup's works at improving mother and child health in Sub sahara Africa.He's St Gallen Leader of Tomorrow, TEEP fellow ,International action Youth Net Fellow, Leap Africa Social innovator fellow .He holds a certificate in "Leading Change" from University of Cambridge and a certificate in social sector management from Enterprise Development Center, Lagos business school(in view).
