External Relations manager at Arcenciel
Kim is the external relations manager of arcenciel; Lebanon’s largest independent social enterprise. arcenciel was awarded “Social Enterprise of the Year” by the Schwab Foundation, organizers of the World Economic Forum in Davos (2015) and the first laureate of the Takreem award (2010), among others. Kim is also a part-time Business School instructor at LAU. Prior to that she was finance manager at Procter and Gamble Geneva, working on homecare brands and on Western Europe’s regional finance. She coaches a Resolution Project Fellow on a social venture in Tanzania, and is an active member of the Global Shapers – Beirut Hub, an initiative of the WEF. In 2016, she co-founded Karm el Joz; a space for events and celebrations in the Bekaa Valley, Lebanon. Kim was born and raised in Beirut. She holds a BA in Business and Political Science from AUB and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Hasan Youness
Author of Trends Of Business
Hasan Youness is specialized in international business management, educational administration, and educational leadership. Having acquired his degrees from Notre Dame University, KEDGE Business School and Saint Louis University respectively, he went on to pursue an executive CSR program at Harvard Business School Executive Education. Hasan started teaching at the university level at the age of 23 and has been teaching at five universities since then. In addition, he is also a news anchor, TV presenter, researcher, author, mentor, and trainer on a wide array of management, entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, CSR, and communication topics in Lebanon and abroad. In addition, he has been a Tedx speaker and guest on top TV channels in the Arab world. Despite having worked with leading companies, Hasan did not limit himself to the business sector. Rather, he has chosen to work with UNIDO and UNRWA, in addition to other NGOs. Over time, he participated in multiple national and international conferences, workshops, and competitions, and was awarded several prestigious awards for representing Lebanon on several occasions. Hasan is also the cofounder and managing partner of Insights’ for Consultancy S.A.R.L and EON Training and Development center S.A.R.L. Hasan was newly appointed as UNGC ambassador in Lebanon and he is the author of #TrendsOfBusiness.

Social Entrepreneur - System Analyst
Nisreen Deeb is a Social Entrepreneur, Founder of the Mini Programmer, System Analyst , Techwomen almuni, and the Arab Women in Computing Chair, Lebanon Chapter. Within her current position at MSC she has analyzed and implemented new projects. In addition to her professional work, Nisreen is involved in encouraging young women to appreciate STEAM (i.e. science, technology, arts, and mathematics) and aspires to global reach through the power of technology, which is perceptible from her winning achievement in 2013 as a one of the top 5 TechWomen emerging leader in Lebanon. The TechWomen program allowed her to attend events and workshops at the biggest companies in Silicon Valley such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Oracle. Techwomen experience allowed her to win the US department of states funding for her project which is about teaching programming for grade 4 students. The project was implemented in 2016/2017 academic year and tought 500 school students the basics of programing. The opportunity that Nisreen had to participate in a LinkedIn Develop Her Hack Day event encouraged her to come back to her nation and provide an environment for Lebanese students to achieve their full potential, and hence co-founding Girls Got IT and She-Develops Hackathon and many other hackathons.
