Richard Bradock Nyirinkwaya, Founder and CEO of Back Home Opportunity Network (BHON) is an expert in Business Development Services and HR with 12 years experience working with Financial Services Providers and youth Serving Organisations. He is now working as consultant with PSDAG-USAID to build capacity of agribusiness cooperatives in Irish potato and horticulture.

Jean Baptiste Nyabyenda is a founder of online youth magazine (www.Yeejo.rw). He worked for other companies in media local and international and later resigned to start his own company. He is passionate about youth issues that include innovation, entrepreneurship, ICT, media , journalism as well as filmmaking. He has mentored and coached over 1000 youth in business and ICT while working at DOT Rwanda as well as trained teachers in teaching English with Rwanda Education Board. He also reported on youth stories for intenational TV (Canal+ (France),Zoomin TV (Netherlands),Agence Anadolu (Turkey). His documentary films were screened in festivals across Europe, USA,Canada and Australia.

Ms. Christelle Kwizera is a young Rwandan activist and social entrepreneur and Mechanical Engineer. A graduate from Oklahoma Christian University where she did a reserach on purifying water using ozone. Kwizera works full time to promote youth-led initiatives and help fellow young people achieve their full potential. Kwizera is the CFO of Emerging Leaders and Entrepreneurs of Rwanda, and has served as Chief Creative officer of Isaro Foundation. Christelle is a Sierra Club GPEP fellow, working on jointly addressing environmental and reproductive health needs. Christelle has extensive experience in youth advocacy and community training. She was chosen among 1260 applicants to be a 2014 MILEAD fellow, a fellowship awarded to only 25 of African emerging female leaders. Christelle has represented Rwandan youth at several international conference as a panelist and most recently as a speaker during the High Level Ministerial Meeting during ICFP13. She also won the Resolution Fellowship, awarded to responsibale social entrepreneurs for her project to provide SRHR services to address unintended pregnancies and illegal, unsafe abortions in Rwanda. In the spring of 2014 and 2015, she interned with Water4 Foundation for 4 months to learn about the drilling technology and gain skills in project management. She is now the logistics Manager for about 7 teams all accross Francophone Africa for Water4, and trains drilling teams in VES technology on behalf of water4.

Giramata is the Program Director of Girl Talk aiming to socially and economically empower women and Development Associate for Maine People's Alliance working on progressive issues such as minimum wage, medicaid expansion and gender equity. She is a graduate of DePauw University (BA) with a dual degree in Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies and Development Economic Policy. Her work centers on gender equity, decolonization, and socio-equity.

Yvette NYINAWUMUNTU, is a Rwandan social entrepreneur and Executive Director of a Rwandan NGO called Save Generations Organization that works to prepare, empower and equip the future generations. Yvette is MA holder in Development Studies, specialized in Women, Gender and Development from Erasmus University of Rotterdam at International Institute of Social Studies (ISS), The Hague, The Netherlands and a BA holder in Political and Administrative Sciences. She also acquired business and entrepreneurship trainings at national and international level. As a gender & development expert and a non- profit organization’s leader, Yvette has both national and international experience and she plays a greater role in youth and women's empowerment and livelihoods improvement. She speaks English, French, Dutch and Kinyarwanda the native language
