Ms. Shalini Chakravorty is the Vice-President, Ethics & Compliance, Walmart Asia. She has over 17 years of experience across industries. In her current role at Walmart, Ms. Shalini is responsible for driving and implementing Compliance policies and procedures in China, Japan and India markets. She also provides direction and formulates strategizes based on overall compliance objectives, analysis and priorities to address risks. She joined Walmart in 2013 and prior to this she worked as Country Manager – Hill & Associates where she advised senior management of large number of conglomerates and managing corporate risks related to integrity risks, people’s risks and internal control risks. She is also an alumni of INSEAD, France and holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce. She is a certified fraud examiner and a fellow member of the esteemed Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). She is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (equivalent to CPA).

Ms. Vandana Singh, has an experience of over 18 years in Government, banking, private, public and Not-for-profit sectors. She has been the CEO of Food Security Foundation India and India Food Banking Network, leading a national initiative to address issues of hunger and malnutrition in India. She has a 3 and a half years of experience as Advisor Finance and Head of Accreditation Unit with Mission Convergence, Delhi Government, an initiative for women empowerment and for providing social protection in Delhi. The Mission was awarded the CAPAM and UN Public Service Awards. She did her bachelors’ from Mumbai University and Masters in Management Studies with specialization in Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

An MBA from IIMK, works with Hindustan Unilever Limited
Ms. Megha Singhal, an MBA from IIMK, works with Hindustan Unilever Limited. She has worked on aggressively growing the HUL Detergents brands in Delhi NCR. A proud SRCC alumni, she has dabbled with various startups during her undergraduation at SRCC. She worked as a sports journalist for Commonwealth Games alongside researching a book on history of Women’s Cricket. An entrepreneur at heart, she also had a food start up called bhooklagi.co.in during her years at IIMK.
