Ian has over 25 years of experience as a computer scientist and engineer and at executive level R&D management. He has led the research, development and global commercialisation of new technology across a broad range of electrical engineering, computer science and digital imaging. Ian is also the founding CEO of Intersect Australia Ltd (2008 - 2015) and a Partner at Amielh Gibson Consulting for higher education research impact.

Tzipi moved to Australia from Israel in 2006, where she was Chief Information Officer with Tiv Taam Group, one of the country’s most innovative retail chains. As a leader in the Sales & Growth team at Bupa Australia, Julie plays a critical role in ensuring that the customer’s voice is heard at the decision making table. She is responsible for the end to end experience design across the Retail channel and leading rapid experiments in the Retail X Innovation Lab. Julie also founded Popping Up and was a mentor in the School for Social Entrepreneurs Accelerator program.
