"Hult Prize is a social entrepreneurship pitch competition that challenges teams of 3 or 4 undergraduate/ graduate college students to ideate solutions to a world problem. This year's world problem is "How can we bring energy to 10 million people currently without it by 2025?" The winner of our campus competition will advance to the regional finals in San Francisco. The winner of the national finals receives $1,000,000 to make their idea a reality. This is our chance to show the world that our institution is dedicated to social good through technology. Judge
Thomas Hill became an EDS/HP Fellow Emeritus, when he retired as the Director of EDS/HP Fellows and Distinguished Engineering after 40 years of service. He has served as a systems engineer since becoming an Air Force officer in 1963, building the first joint intelligence agency time-sharing system. He joined EDS in 1970, as a systems engineer to lead the development of multiple products/offerings in: online life insurance, systems engineering development, travel agency, database management, construction scheduling, research and development, code generation, racing systems, airlines systems and enterprise CTO consulting. He is a member of the ACM, IEEE and INCOSE. He currently serves on the engineering boards of TCU and the University of Texas at Dallas. He has a BS and MBA in Information Technology, Microsoft certifications, an OG architecture certification, and a 2014 PhD in software engineering from UTD. Hill has written numerous articles and publications. He holds five active patents, has eight patents pending and a partnership in The Fellows Consulting Group.

Raj is an experienced business consultant and for over 20 years has been involved in business ventures across several verticals as a consultant, owner, investor and advisor. Raj has a personal passion for strategy and vision building that has allowed him to lead successful strategic initiatives for both profit and non-profit organizations. Raj is also an evangelist of the Dallas startup ecosystem and community builder. Raj is firm believer in contributing back to society and has given back by conducting personal growth seminars for teens, mentoring MBA students and entrepreneur camps. He has also served on the board of for profit and non-profit organizations. Education, BA in Liberal Arts from UNT with a concentration in Business and International Studies and an MBA in Global Leadership If you want to get dialed in to the world of angel investors, accelerators, elevator pitches, co-working spaces, and networking events happening all over town please reach out to him. Raj lives in Lewisville TX with his wife and 3 daughters with whom he is head over heels in love with.

Devin Ellis has spent his career facilitating connections between startups and entrepreneurial resources. From his early work with the Economic Development Office of the City of Austin to his current work with the Dallas Entrepreneur Center, Devin has immersed himself in the larger business/technology playground in order to promote, connect, and collaborate with the community’s entrepreneurs. As a University of Louisville MBA graduate, entrepreneur, and consultant Devin helps companies with go-to-market, business development, and marketing strategies while curating the weekly Techstars Startup Digest newsletter. He is passionate about solving important world problems with social impact companies/investing, and volunteers his time to Internations, Heart House, Launchability, and several other non-profits throughout the metroplex

Mayur is an Experienced Project Manager working with Ericsson. He has an Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University & MBA Degree from UT Dallas. He has served as a Past president of Rotaract club which is the Youth Wing of Rotary International. He has been an active Member of Enactus at UT Dallas & has served Judge for their Regional Competitions. Mayur has been an active mentor for The Young Entrepreneurs Program conducted by TIE Dallas. He has a passion for solving community problems through a human centered design approach.
